Born and raised in Richmond, BC, Kenny Gemmill is self taught, hard working, honest and the most trusted name in all things construction. A family man, Kenny is a proud husband to Michelle (his super wife) and dad to Addison, Graydon and Reece. If he is not on the job site, you will find Kenny at the soccer pitch with his daughter or at the rink watching his son's play hockey.

Michelle Gemmill has been designing with Kits Construction for the past 15 years. What started out as a personal hobby has turned into a passion for her. When clients realized she was the design eye for all Kits Construction projects, they started asking for her assistance with their own homes. Kenny has been an integral part of the Kits team for 16+ years, and brings extensive construction knowledge and experience to our projects. Kenny and his wife have passed on their love of snowmobiling and dirt biking with their young daughters, and you can find all four of them out on the trails year round. Consider yourself warned, most clients go through Kenny withdrawals upon completion of their projects.
Matt Young
Project Manager
Born and raised in Vancouver, Matt started with Kits Construction straight out of high school. Working on Love it or List it projects at a young age gave him the skills to succeed as a project manager. Matt and his partner Sophia spend their free time with their lab Duke on their boat surfing waves.
Sarah d'Artois
Principal Designer
Sarah founded Intrepid Interiors in 2017, to design client focused & functional spaces in Whistler, BC. Renovating cabins and condos for clients with different design aesthetics allows for new approaches with every project. Design and construction have become a lifestyle for Sarah and her family.
Michael Graham
Red Seal Carpenter
Mike was born and raised in the Caribbean on the island of St Maarten. After his start as a young entrepreneur in Tech, he reinvented himself as Carpenter and has been working in Construction in Whistler since 2019.
Joe Knight
Apprentice
Born in Brighton, England, Joe is a certified journeyman electrician back in England. He’s the braun at Kits Construction, and loves the challenge of learning new trades. You can catch Joe in the gym at 5:30 every morning - a sign of his work ethic and dedication.
Braedy Euerby
Apprentice
Brady is our youngest team member with an old soul. He is an apprentice with Kits Construction, and never afraid of a challenge. He has an uncanny way of accomplishing tasks with minimal direction. Growing up in Delta, Brady made it all the way to the WHL as a goalie with the Vancouver Giants.
